Carita is a non-profit organization aimed to arouse public awareness and interest of importance of whole person education through sports activities in Hong Kong and other parts of the world. They have been assisting young people, teenager, the needy and disadvantage group in developing their interests in sports, to learn the spirit of sportsmanship, to assist them in discovering their sports talent, to assist them in upgrading their sports skills and to build up confidence and positive attitude through sports training and education. Carita also encourage and support elimination of discrimination of the aged and disability in the Hong Kong community through sports activities, campaigns, events and training.

Cat Society (Hong Kong) was established in July 2007 and become a registred charity organization recognized bt HKSAR on October 1, 2007. All daily operations in Cat Society (Hong Kong) are maintained by volunteers with no administrative expenses. Hence, 100% of the donations received are used for helping cats and helping cats only. In the beginning, the organization mainly received abused and injured cats, including but not limited to limb injuires, injuiries from falling, or burns. Cat Society (Hong Kong) has been trying to save cat lives with the concept of "no-kill, all cure" and this will never change.
